Jacqulyn Otero
Medical Team Lead
Ms. Otero is the Medical Team Lead at the Air Force Expeditionary Center a tJoint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst New Jersey. Ms. Otero manages the CLS Air Advisor pre-deployment training in support of Combatant Command tasking. She oversees and provides medical training for more than 1,000 Air Force personnel annually preparing them to deploy overseas. Ms. Otero is an Army 91W (formerly 68W) combat medic, a nationally registered EMT-B and a certified advanced training instructor. She brings her experience and expertise as a lead instructor, an Army Medic and an educator to the team.
Frank Shay
For 30 years Mr. Shay has worked in the health care industry. He is presently a Paramedic who has helped countless people in need. He was instrumental in starting the first Tactical Medic program in New Jersey. Frank also designed a paramedic assistant program and lead multiple hospital decontamination teams. Mr. Shay's skills were also utilized to help the victims of 9/11. He is certified to teach ACLS, PALS, PHTLS and Advance Hazmat Support. In addition, Frank is a Subject Matter Expert in weapons of mass destruction response. Mr. Shay is also Lead Instructor for Air Force Expeditionary Center at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst New Jersey in support of CLS training for the Air Advisor Pre-Deployment Training Program.

Kevin Savidge
Mr. Savidge is a Senior Master Sergeant assigned to Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron. He maintains certifications as Flight Paramedic, Critical Care Technician and NREMT-P (Special Experience Identifier). Kevin has supported military operations in Operation Desert Storm, Southern Watch, Noble Eagle, Iraq and Enduring Freedom. In continuation with his support for the military he is also Lead Instructor for Air Force Expeditionary Center at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst New Jersey in support of CLS training for the Air Advisor Pre-Deployment Training Program.
Scott Stoller
Mr. Stoller has over 25 years of field, training and management experience in emergency services and public safety. Mr. Stoller brings vast experience in emergency/public safety communications, emergency management, emergency medical services, fire protection, hazardous materials, incident command/incident management, law enforcement and tactical emergency medicine.
Mr. Stoller is recognized as an instructor/trainer for the American Safety and Health Institute, Louisiana State University – Academy for Counter-Terrorist Education (indirect), South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy, SC State Law Enforcement Division (NCIC), U.S. Department of Energy, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
Mr. Stoller has completed many specialized educational programs in all of the above disciplines, including Tactical Combat Casualty Care, weapons of mass destruction countermeasures, emergency response, mitigation and tactical operations. Mr. Stoller is a certified firefighter, hazardous materials technician, law enforcement officer, and paramedic.
Bryan Tillirson
Mr. Tillirson maintains his paramedic and SWAT Team Tactical Paramedic status. Mr. Tillirson still serves his country as a Major in the Army National Guard. Bryan has extensive training in Dive Rescue Operations and Swift Water Rescue. He has spent countless hours preserving lives as a paramedic. Mr. Tillirson maintains a current certification as an: BLS Instructor, ACLS Instructor, PHTLS Instructor, PEPP and PALS Instructor and has multiple WMD certificates.
Dean Douglas
Mr. Douglas brings 25 plus years of Emergency Medical Service to the team. Dean has also held positions in the a supervisory capacity. He performed Special Rescue Operations as a Tactical Medic Team Commander. He maintains instructor certifications and lectures at conferences across the country for all hazardous rescue operations. Mr. Douglas also maintains his paramedic certification. He is also certified in ACLS, BCLS, BTLS, PALS, PHTLS. Dean maintains his certification as a PALS Instructor.
John Busching
Mr. Bushing is a Tactical Paramedic and has worked with SWAT and other law enforcement organizations. He has extensive training in multiple rescue operations, from Ice Rescue, Trench Rescue, Train Extrication and Confined Space Rescue operations. He also maintains instructor qualifications for Defense Against Weapons of Mass Destruction.
David Ellis
Mr. Ellis has years of experience as a paramedic and a flight medic. He maintains certification in each of these areas. He also maintains his Critical Care Paramedic certification. David's extensive medical back ground adds depth to instructing the Corporate Warrior how to save lives.
Keith Eudy
Mr. Eudy specializing in emergency care. Keith provides expert training and knowledge to the classroom instruction. Mr. Eudy has served as Operations Supervisor and Senior Paramedic / Interim Director. Keith maintains his paramedic status and is certified as an ACLS Instructor, PALS Instructor, and BCLS Instructor.
