Readiness Exercises

The Tactical Training team is uniquely qualified to develop and conduct both discussion-based exercies (i.e., seminars, workshops, tabletop exercises, games) and operations-based exercises (i.e., drills, functional exercises, full-scale exercises) for all jurisdictional levels.

TOPOFF

Congressionally mandated full-scale, multi-jurisdictional WMD response and emergency mangement exercises for the White House (Executive Branch) to the individual responder.

RED DRAGON

Annual Homeland Defense (Department of Defense and U.S. Army Reserve Command [USARC]) exercises designed to exercise and validate USAR chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) response assets supporting civilian authorities under Defense Support ot Civil Authorities (DSCA) operations

Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP)

A capabilities and performance based exercise program that has been accepted as the standardized policy and methodology for the execution of the National Exercise Program, the Nations' overarching exercise program formulated by the National Security Council / Homeland Security Council (NSC/HSC).

Automated Exercise and Evaluation System (AEAS)

AEAS is a tool for training and exercising emergency response decision makers and evaluating emergency response plans through a sophisticated simulation technology encompassing 15 scenarios (12 CBNRE, 3 for system familiarization). AEAS is useful for individual training, tabletop exercises, as well as functional exercises.

Department of Defense and Combatant Command

Major overseas consequence management and theater ballistic missile defense tabletop, functional and full-scale exercises designed to train, test and validate U.S. and allied nations' armed forces capabilities.

Department of Defense Northern Command (NORTHCOM)

Major continental U.S. CBRN attack prevention, response and recovery functional and full-scale exercises designed to test and validate U.S. Military Defense Support to Civil Authorities (DSCA) operational capabilities.

Public Health and Pandemic

Numerous public health related tabletop, functional and full-scale execises at the local and state jurisdictional levels, including Pandemic Influenza exercises involving Continuity of Operations (COOP).

Chemical Stockpile Emergency Preparedness Program (CSEPP)

Tabletop, functional and full-scale exercises designed to train, test and validate U.S. military and civilian agencies' capabilities to respond to Chemical Accidents / Incident Response Activiities (CAIRA's) on and around U.S. chemical weapons stockpile, non-stockpile, and demilitarization sites and facilities.

U.S. Army Combat Operations

Functional (Command Post) and full-scale exercises designed to train, test and validate U.S. Army brigade-sized units with their supporting units.

U.S. Intelligence

Functional and full-scale exercises designed to train test and validate U.S. intelligence (WMD counter-proliferation) teams for overseas operations.

U.S. Special Operations

Functional and full-scale exercises designed to train, test and validate U.S. special mission units for overseas WMD counter-proliferation operations.

U.S. Army Technical Escort Unit validation

Full-scale exercise designed to test and validate U.S. Army Technical Escort Unit sensitive site exploitation and disablement teams for overseas WMD counter-proliferation operations.

Department of Homeland Security Domestic Preparedness Consortium couse

Full-scale exercises designed to be incorporated into DHS Domestic Prepardness Consortium WMD response and emergency management training programs, for the purpose of training and testing civilian and military (e.g., National Guard WMD Civil Support Teams) emergency response and emergency management assets.
