Fredrick F. Kolberg,
Chief Executive Officer
Fred Kolberg, a retired U.S. Navy SEAL Special Operations Independent Duty Corp sman (IDC), is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Trauma Training FX, Inc. (T² FX) and Tactical Training Inc. (T²). T² FX is a premier company that provides combat medicine first responder training to medical and non-medical personnel following Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) guidelines, while T² specializes in tactical training in fighting the War on Terrorism. Mr. Kolberg brings his specialized expertise and experience from the SEAL Teams and applies it to all aspects of the company.
A Special Operations IDC / 18 Delta equivalant, SEAL Medic, Mr. Kolberg specialized in combat medicine and excelled as a Vertical Assault Master, Expert Marksman, Helicopter Rope Suspension Training Master (HRST), Tactical Field Operator, Weapons Training, Surveillance Detection, Counter Surveillance, Combat Swimmer, Underwater Demolition, Underwater Search & Rescue, Close Quarters Battle (CQB) and many other combat skills.
Mr. Kolberg retired from the SEAL teams in 2003 after serving his country for 21 years. Upon his retirement, Mr. Kolberg worked for the State Department, deploying to Iraq and Afghanistan where he served as Team Leader. Following his multiple deployments to the Middle East, Mr. Kolberg was instrumental in establishing a working model for Visit Board Search and Seizure (VBSS) training for the Navy and was hand-picked by the Navy to create a training program for Riverine Warfare instruction.

Julie E. Kolberg, President
Mrs. Kolberg is the co-founder and President of Tactical Training Inc. and Trauma Training FX, Inc.
Mrs. Kolberg brings 17+ years of administration and financial experience to the team. She has been responsible for the management and daily operations of T² since its inception. Her knowledge and experience in business administration keeps the company progressing forward and focused on our mission.
Mrs. Kolberg is a Certified Moulage Specialist creating the realistic wounding on roles players. Mrs. Kolberg also handles and sets up all the pyrotechnics that create the stressors for our client.
Prior to founding the T² training team with her husband, Mrs. Kolberg managed the finances and the office for a multi-million dollar company, assuming responsibility for the day-to-day financial decisions.
Mrs. Kolberg was also the Medical Team Coordinator for The Flying Hospital, a subsidiary of Operation Blessing, a large international non-profit organization. They Flying Hospital is a Lockheed L-1011 containing the world's largest fully equipped surgical hospital ever constructed inside an aircraft. As the Medical Team Coordinator, Mrs. Kolberg would recruit over 130 medical staff and volunteers for each medical mission then hand-process individual visas and travel logistics. In country, Mrs. Kolberg would oversee the volunteers, coordinate statistics and logistics. The Flying Hospital successfully performed medical operations all over the world including El Salvador, Panama, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Ecuador, Brazil, Bolivia, Mexico, Nicaragua, India, Moscow, Krasnoyarsk (Siberia) and Bratsk (Siberia) treating between 6,000 and 22,000 people on each mission.
Early in her career, Mrs. Kolberg assisted the President and CEO with the daily operations of a $160 million dollar government contracting company.

Dr. Mike tillirson,
chief medical officer
Dr. Tillirson retired from the Army as Colonel in 2001. He was the original author of the CLS program which was taught extensively throughout the armed forces. His credentials and expertise endorse the medical training being performed following TCCC doctrine. Mr. Tillirson is the Executive V.P. and Chief Medical Officer of the AnMed Health System. He is board certified in Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine and served as Medical Director of Emergency Services at AnMed Health for 12 years. Dr. Tillirson holds undergraduate degrees from Clemson University and Georgia Southern University, and his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the University of Health Sciences, Kansas City, Missouri.

terry rolan md, neurologist
Dr. Rolan served in the Air Force as well as the ANG and received an Honorable Discharge in 1984. He is presently the Neurology Residency Program Director at the University of Missouri School of Medicine Department of Neurology. Dr. Rolan is also the Director of the Movement Disorders Clinic. Dr. Rolan has numerous publications dealing with neurological disorders.
Dr. Rolan is presently researching the effects of Blast-Over Pressure. His current research is the "Immediate Pharmacologic Treatment of Battlefield Non-Penetrating CNS Blast Injuries from Explosive Devises.
Dr. Rolan obtained his BS in Microbiology, Summa Cum Laude, Texas Tech University; MD from Texas Tech University Health Science Center School of Medicine. We a proud to have Dr. Rolan on our advisory team.

Dr.
Steve Erle
CEO Trident Inc., Prior Naval Intelligence Specialist for SEAL and other Special Operations Command units. Dr .Erle is a current member Army Special Forces 18D combat medical program; CEO SEAL Training Adventures, Physician of Chiropractic Medicine with more than 10 years of private practice. A Technical Fitness Trainer, instructor of small arms shooting, operational planning and execution, SUT tactics and land navigation. Dr. Erle is also a common author and resource for online and print publications for treatment of musculo-skeletal injuries as well as military training and operations.

Dr. John davies,
emergency medicine physician
Dr. Davies has served as the Medical Director of Emergency Services at AnMed Health since 2004. AnMed Health Medical Center is currently the only Level II Trauma Center in the state of South Carolina, and is the primary source of emergency medical treatment for over one thousand patients a year. Dr. Davies is also a current member of the South Carolina Trauma Advisory Council, and is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. He is Board Certified in both Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine, having completed residencies in both specialties at Duke University Medical Center and Albany Medical Center, respectively. Dr. Davies received his undergraduate training at MIT, and holds a Masters Degree in Human Physiology from Hahnemann University. Dr. Davies received his Medical Doctor Degree from Jefferson Medical College.

James H. Murphy, CEM®/MBA/BA
Mr. Murphy has over nineteen years of task and program management experience with the military and with service-oriented companies. Major areas of concentration are complex emergency management operations, disaster medical operations, terrorism counteraction, national security, and weapons of mass destruction counter-proliferation. Mr. Murphy has over twenty years of emergency management experience at the local, state, national and international levels, and has worked on policy issues at all levels. Mr. Murphy has over twenty-four years of total work experience in pre-hospital emergency medical service and special medical program operations.
Mr. Murphy serves as a Senior Analyst for the NIMS Support Center, developing candidate standards and programmatic documents in support of the nation's emergency response and emergency management systems and personnel.
Mr. Murphy serves as Senior Analyst on Project-Guardian, a DoD worldwide force protection operation, conducting vulnerability assessments / analysis and terrorism counteraction operations.
Mr. Murphy was Test Director on technology assessments and emergency management and response exercises for multiple customers, including the Center for National Response, managed tasks, conditions and standards development for the National Guard Bureau's Community Readiness Initiative.
Mr. Murphy was Senior National Security Analyst on WMD counter-proliferation programs for Central Intelligence Agency and Defense Intelligence Agency, including terrorism interdiction and warning system development. He has served as a lead developer for terrorism counteraction and emergency management programs of instruction for the Department of Homeland Security and Department of Justice.

John P. Nichols, security advisor
Mr. Nichols is a retired Non-commissioned Officer in Charge, who was responsible for the safe and secure transport of the President of the United Sates and other high ranking government officials that traveled aboard Air Force One.
Mr. Nichols is our Security Advisor.He has been part of a Security Response Team, was trained as an Base and Installation Security System (BISS) Operator. He continued to learn all areas of security by holding a position of Security Controller and finally Flight Line Constable and Security Staff NCO.
Mr. Nichols has traveled the world providing security for the First Lady, Secretaries of Defense and State, Congressional Delegations, and other national leaders. He was chosen for the Vice Presidential Aircraft Security Team in 2000 and in 2001 was selected as head of security for Air Force One protecting the President of the United States.
Mr. Nichols has joined our team of high ranking personnel to help our country fight against the War on Terrorism.

David Jones,
Program manager/lead instructor
Mr. Jones has over 14 years of pre-hospital emergency care experience to our team. David has Paramedic experiences in the field, as a flight medic, in critical care, and support medicine. He has over 12 years of leadership / management and medical educator experience. Mr. Jones is an instructor in every discipline of AHA, ASHI, and NREMT.
David designed, implemented, and maintains a DHEC / NREMT / DOT in-service training program for recertification.
Mr. Jones serves as a reserve sworn law enforcement officer and has been providing tactical medicine instruction to the military and government.
David is tasked with ensuring a successful learning experience, with a focus on retaining the ability to perform under stress.
